Looking for a perfect home

One of my friends just bought a new property and he wanted to turn it into his new home. He had no knowledge with interior or exterior design, so he decided to arrange a consultation with modern residential architects; he explained what he expected from them and, as he was convinced by the free architect advice he received, he decided to choose one of them. Usually speaking, it is not easy to meet the very best of roofers in Chelsea. And my friend wanted to work only with the finest experts. For him, like for most of us, buying new house is a very important decision, and he wanted to make it his real home, for the rest of his life. It was a place where he planned to grow old and create unforgettable memories. The first meeting went really well and the free architect advice, which included general design ideas and basic advice, came out to be very useful. My friend had some ideas and expectations but a number of elements connected with interior and exterior design he had to consider really surprised him. He expected perfect solutions for he worked with carefully chosen, top London architects, and at the end he eventually obtained what he wanted. Those modern residential architects, most of them recommended by friends and associates, had shown a great sense of initiative and professionalism. He had chosen three of them and asked for projects. While talking to them he felt that they were on the same wave length, so he […]

Minimalistic design – Apartments South London

Apartment – Eaton Square The slogan of the design was “happiness is here to stay” therefore the design tried to mirror this statement. White surfaces and lot of natural lighting is making the space looking larger and it reflects all modern living requirements in a smaller space. Apartment – Eaton Square 2 The living and the dining areas are occupying as little space as possible, so the room is not heavily furnished and it can “breath”. The only bright color element is the sofa that works as a focal point for the visitors. Apartment – St. James Park Colors’ contrast is the basis for the design of the bathroom. From black shiny tiles in the shower area to slick white surfaces for the rest of the bathroom. A glass wall separates the two, so to enhance the difference. Apartment – Kensington Park Rd A Big mirror has extended on the full length of the wall, making the impression the room is double the size. Minimalistic design and large storage areas are adding a more luxurious and elegant look. Studio – Earls Court Studio in the central London. Stone floors and white walls are creating a big color contrast, while the reflected floor is enhancing the luxurious style. Less in number but very comfortable furniture was part the client’s brief. Apartment – Moscow Rd En- suite bathroom and bedroom in white color. The two rooms have been separated by a glass wall with a long floor to ceiling white curtain. Unusual […]

Organic Forms – Luxurious design
London Architects

Penthouse – Belgravia Fluidity of forms, elegance, luxury and big antagonism between the colors of the living room. The floor and part of the ceiling has kept black to enhance the difference of the interior architecture. All the corners on the rooms are curved, including the opening on the walls – so all the organic forms can work in harmony. The same painting has been used for the living and dining area, while the blue and yellow are “marrying” the monotone colors of the walls. The lighting is hidden behind the ceiling, so to keep it clean. All the furniture are art-deco in order to enhance the difference between the organic and the more square shape forms. The high ceiling is making the space look big and phantasmagorical. From architect in london
